Cialis: is it the best choice to get erection back?
Cialis is a brand-name drug that is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence. ED is medically defined as the inability to get or keep an erection. The generic name of the main drug in Cialis is tadalafil. The drug works by disrupting an enzyme, resulting in blood vessel walls expanding and increased blood flow to the penis as a result. This results in improved erection quality and better sexual performance.

Common side effects from taking Cialis include headaches, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushed skin and stuffy or runny noses. These side effects usually subside after a few hours. Cialis should be avoided if you have heart of blood vessel problems, a history of heart attacks or strokes, high or low blood pressure, liver problems, penile deformation or vision problems. When taking Cialis, you should avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice, as these foods reduce the effectiveness of the drug. Cialis should not be taken by anyone who is currently taking nitrates for chest pain, as the drug has been shown to increase the effects of these medications and result in an unsafe drop in blood pressure.
To ensure that your Cialis maintains its quality and effectiveness, tablets should be kept in original packaging until they are consumed. The medication should be kept in a cool, dry place and at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, the medication should not be stored in the bathroom or near a sink or other source of moisture, and it should not be left in direct sunlight or areas with wide temperature variations (such as your car). Cialis should be stored where children cannot get ahold if it, ideally in a locked cabinet at least 1.5 to 2 meters above the ground.
