HOW TO USE CIALIS MEDICINE
As far as to my knowledge humans are the only species who suffer from ailments related to sex. This might be a factor resulting from lifestyle habits, which I think we (humans) have altered ourselves to a great extent away from the biological evolution which has molded us since time immemorial.
But modern science has paved way to overcome these bottlenecks by formulating certain drugs which enhances our sex drive. One amongst those drugs is Tadalafil which increases the flow of blood to the penis and achieves and maintains erection sufficient for better sexual activity. The prevalent name which is common among people for this drug is Cialis, unlike the Pink Pill which is a recent invention to increase sexual desire in women, Cialis focuses on sexual stimulation alone. It is also used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men with enlarged prostates, in laity it helps to relieve from conditions like frequent urination, alleviates pain while urinating, or the sensation of not completely emptying the bladder.
Cialis usually is in the form of 2mg yellow-orange, almond-shaped, film-coated tablet, marked on one side with C2, another variant is composed of 5mg which is marked as C5. The above mentioned variants are normally prescribed for once-a-day dosage. For on demand dosing the pill comes as 10 and 20mg with C10 and C20 marked on them respectively. Doctors recommendation varies accordingly, as in for on demand the dosage would be 20 mg as required at least 30 minutes prior to having sex.
The effect starts after 30 minutes and is said to last for up to 36 hours depending on the person’s time interval post consumption and the time taken to start sexual activity. On a cautionary note only one tablet is recommended per day. In the case of the variants under once-a-day usage it is advised to be at about the same time each day and regardless of when sexual activity is planned. This might be lowered by the doctor on necessity either with or without food.
There are certain factors which makes this pill deadly, as in body weight and other medical conditions like vision loss called nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Also people who take Nitrate medication in any form (oral, sublingual [under the tongue], skin patch, or spray) which is used to treat chest pain must refrain from taking this pill to avoid sudden severe drop in blood pressure that could lead to dizziness, fainting, heart attack, or stroke. Certain side effects which are temporary or permanent like back pain, facial flushing, headache, indigestion or stomach discomfort following meals, muscle ache and nasal congestion. Although only 1% of them have experienced these above mentioned effects they may lead to serious problems if left from seeking medical attention from the concerned doctors. Grapefruit juice consumption increases tadalafil in our blood, so it is better to refrain taking the pill while drinking grapefruit juice. In some rare cases people had experienced loss of hearing. People who is under medication for heart conditions must seek doctor’s advice before taking Cialis.
