Cialis in Cape town
We have all been there….That night full of fine wining and dining with your spouse. At the end of the night it seems perfect for a steamy session. Then, the most embarrassing thing happens. It might sound vague, but for those men who were there, they know the feeling. As much as they’ll say “it happens to everyone”, “don’t worry about it, I still love you”, or “it’s ok, take your time” it’s still an extremely sinking feeling.
Luckily, there is an easy fix for such dilemmas. It’s called Cialis. Cialis is used to treat erectile dysfunction in the most comfortable way. Erectile dysfunction, known as impotence, is when a man cannot obtain or maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity. Just take a pill, swallow it with water, and you’re done. Cialis comes in two forms. The on-demand pill and the once a day pill.
The on demand pill should be taken a short while before anticipated sexual activity. The once a day pill should be taken once a day, at roughly the same time every day. The on-demand pill should not be taken for a prolonged time. Only as needed, 30-60 minutes before any sexual activity. If you take it often speak to your doctor about starting a regimen.
Cialis is also used to treat Benign prostate hyperplasia. BPR is an age onset condition that disturbs the urinary tract due to an enlarged prostate. Symptoms include difficulty of getting the urine stream started, feelings of not completely emptying the bladder, and more frequent needs to urine at night. It works by improving blood flow to and relaxing the muscles to the prostate and bladder and letting the urine flow freely.
Cialis can be taken with food or without. Alcohol is permitted while using Cialis but should not be consumed in excess. Do not take Cialis:
1) if you have any sort of heart condition, such as angina, arrhythmias or chronic heart failure
2) If you suffered a heart attack in the last 3 months or a stroke in the last 6 months
3) have irregular blood pressure, either too high or too low
4) Take any sort inhaler (butyl nitrite, amyl nitrite)
5) use any sort of recreational; drug called “poppers”
6) use riociguat, a medication used to treat pulmonary arterial hypotension
Cialis comes in 3 doses. A 5 mg tablet, a 10mg tablet and a 20 mg tablet. All tablets are shades of yellow with an almond shape to them. 5mg is marked with a “C5” on it, 10mg is marked with a “10” on it and the 20mg is marked with a “C20”. Talk to your doctor if you are experiencing these symptoms: facial flushing, excessive heartburn, diarrhea, chest pain, increased heartbeat, excessive sweating, skin rash, blurred vision, fainting, infection, bleeding nose, dizziness, headaches or migraines, indigestion, sore throat, nosebleeds, back pain (if you don’t have a history).
The active ingredient in Cialis is Tadalafil, in varying milligrams per pill. The pill contains a number of inactive ingredients so speak to your doctor before taking Cialis about allergens. Cialis is not for everyone. Always speak to your doctor in Cape town before starting this or any other regimen of pills or treatments. Cialis is only by prescription.
